Drving back from the wine fest.
Shiraz gelati that tasted nothing like Shiraz.
At the Seppeltsfield winery. Yummy Tokay!
Chateu Yaldara.

Adelaide: Chateau Barosa
0 Comments Published by Kevin Broken Scar on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 1:05 AM.This winery had magnificent views.
The vineyard was vast.
Real acorns.
This flower is so vibrant it almost looks too good to be real.
We don't see lemons growing on a tree like this very often.
I should have chosen a bigger orange to do that.
Oranges this time round.
It was a nice stop at this winery. Absolutely loved the scenery and the air. It even had a little museum in the main building. It was quite thrilling to see the lemon and orange trees grown next to each other. Sweet and sour?

Adelaide: The Giant Rocking Horse
0 Comments Published by Kevin Broken Scar on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 2:53 PM.How green is the grass and how blue is the sky?
Check out the pink trees and the green one sticking out on the right side of the picture.
The drive out to the Barosa Valley has heaps of these sceneries left and right. Winery haven.
Grape vines as far as your eye can see.
The Giant Rocking Horse
It's HUGE! See how tiny I am.
It's the biggest rocking horse in the world. How cool is that?
Err...where to?

Adelaide: Melba's Chocolate Factory
1 Comments Published by Kevin Broken Scar on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 1:34 AM.The drives in Adelaide are absolutely scenic. I loved it. I guess the drives in Australia generally is fantastic. Must be the greenery and the fresh air.
Pose for the camera. There was a little farm next to the Chocolate Factory.
The pictures below were taken at Melba's Chocolate Factory.
I think this would be any kid's dream come true.
I was obviously still a big kid.
...and I was obviously attracted to all the fancy bright colours.
Bulk is the way to go!
The factory area is just open for everyone to see. It was cool to see them making the lollies and packing them.
I thought this was a little funny. I've never seen these ones before.
As you can see, they've got all kinds of lollies!
There's even these ones that look like spuds!
I bought the chocolate coated coffee beans. They give me a mad sore throat but it's worth it! Haha.
I think gummy bears are my favourite lollies.
The car I drove around in.

Adelaide: Hahndorf
0 Comments Published by Kevin Broken Scar on Monday, October 13, 2008 at 10:33 PM.Flying Tiger Airways for the first time. It was a pretty bumpy ride from Melbourne to Adelaide but other than that, the flight was decent. It was fairly short too. It took just slightly over an hour to get there. We pretty much hit the ground running. We hired a car at the airport and drove out.
The pictures below were taken at a German town called Hahndorf, our first stop.
The weather was perfect.
A glimpse of the quaint town.
The Handorf Inn, where we had breakfast.
The furniture is pretty old skool.
Big Breakfast.
I thought this was pretty cool.
The Apple Strudel. It definitely isn't like the Corica one from Perth but it was still pretty good.
There was this shop selling garden decorations. It's looks like a little fairy city!
Anyone care to tell me what this means, because I have no idea.
