New things for the new year is definitely the way to go. I've never had this lobster noodles at Pacific House before tonight and it was definitely worth the wait. It shows that not only KFC is finger linkin' good! The lobster and noodles were cooked to perfection. Add great friends to the equation and it just made the entire experience priceless!
I always felt that lobster was a bit too meaty, a bit like the breast meat of crustaceans, but I was proven wrong. When it is fresh and cooked correctly, it tastes amazing! Yum!
Go ahead, do something new this new year, whatever it may be. You never know, there may be a good surprise just around the corner when you try that something new.
